The alleged corrupt Peter Riordan has effective control over the NSW Dept.of Education’s finance,information unit,legal services and until recently,the NSW Dept.of Education misconduct unit headed by Jane Thorpe.
The alleged corrupt Peter Riordan has decided a majority of the author’s freedom of information (now Government Information Public Access (GIPA)) despite allegedly having a blatant conflict of interest with respect to much of the information sought access to.
Under the alleged corrupt Peter Riordan,NSW Dept.of Education has spent more than $140,000 of public funds contesting the author’s access to government information.This money has been spent on external legal services despite the NSW Dept.of Education having substantial in-house legal services.
In 2018,the alleged corrupt Peter Riordan sought a restraining order under the GIPA Act (Sect.110) to prevent the author from making GIPA applications on the agency.
Prior to the April 2019 hearing,the author sought access to documents disclosing how much public funds NSW Dept.of Education had spent against the authors.It was the authors intention at the NSW Civil & Adminstrative Tribunal to show the extent & alleged abuse of public funds being used by the alleged corrupt Peter Riordan against the author.
