The author alleges serious misconduct / alleged corrupt conduct by the following officers:
Jo Bailey former Chief Procurement Officer,NSW Dept.of Education ; CEO Progressive Systems
Paul Hopkins, former Chief Procurement Officer,NSW DEC / former Deputy Director General,NSW Procurement ; Business Consultant SAP
Documentary evidence provided by multiple Freedom of Information (GIPA) applications substantiate these serious allegations.
Of grave concern is the alleged perpetuation of this alleged serious misconduct by senior DEC officers such as Peter Riordan,Deputy Secretary,DEC Corporate Services,
Peter Riordan is effective head of
- NSW DEpt.of Education Procurement Directorate
- NSW Dept.of Education Information Access Unit
- NSW Dept.of Education Employee Performance & Conduct Unit ( Misconduct Unit)
- NSW Dept.of Education Legal services directorate
The serious misconduct perpetrated by the alleged corrupt Joanne Bailey & the alleged corrupt Paul Hopkins against the author for over 7 years could not have been perpetuated without the alleged complicity of the alleged corrupt Peter Riordan.
What is also of grave concern is that the former & current education ministers
– Rob Gordon Stokes,MP,Member for Brookvale
– Sarah Mitchell,MP,National Party
appear to be complicit with those alleged corrupt DEC officers,allegedly breaching their own ministerial codes of conduct:
